Proper Lets has been managing residential and commercial properties across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast for over 25 years. We started as just managing our own large portfolio and naturally decided to build out a wider property offering to support other landlords and investors. We're not a national franchise or anything of the sort — we're a local business that knows this area inside out.

We manage a portfolio of over 200 properties ranging from single bedroom flats to multi-unit residential blocks. Our approach is straightforward: look after properties properly, treat tenants fairly, and give landlords peace of mind. Many of our tenants have been in our properties long term — well over 10 years.

Based in Blackpool, we cover all areas of the Fylde Coast including Cleveleys, Lytham St Annes, Poulton-le-Fylde and surrounding areas.
